> WHERE CAN I BUY MY TICKETS?

You can purchase your ticket for Palermo Felicissima on this website, by clicking on the “Buy ticket now” button you find right at top of the page: you’ll be redirected to Coop Culture’s online ticket office.

You can also buy it in person, at Palazzo Bonocore’s ticket office, or at Palazzo Chiaramonte (Steri), Museo Archeologico Regionale Antonio Salinas, Palazzo Riso, Orto Botanico di Palermo, Cattedrale di Monreale, Castello della Zisa. 

> HOW MUCH IS A TICKET?

The full ticket costs 10,00 €.
The reduced ticket costs 8,00 € for kids from 18-25 years old, affiliated offices and organizations, and groups of at least 10 people.
The reduced ticket for schools costs 5,00 € for kids from 6-17 years old and schools.
The ticket is free for children up to 5 years old, disabled people and their caregivers.

The reservation is mandatory for group and school visits. You can book a visit by emailing edu@coopculture.it or by calling Palazzo Bonocore at  +39 0917489995.

Tickets purchased online cost 1€ more for presales.

> SHOULD I BUY MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?

We always recommend buying your ticket in advance and online, to secure your visit on the day/hour you desire. 

Purchasing tickets in person is, in fact, subject to availability and capacity. 

> CAN I BRING MY DOG WITH ME?

Entrance is not allowed to dogs or other animals (even if they’re kept on a leash, inside bags or held). Exceptions are made for guide dogs for blind or visually impaired people.

> WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF PALERMO FELICISSIMA?

The exhibition Palermo Felicissima will have the same opening hours of Palazzo Bonocore: from Monday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM.

On Wednesday, the exhibition will be open from 10 AM to 2 PM.

Last entrance one hour before the closing time.

> IS PALERMO FELICISSIMA SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?

The exhibit Palermo Felicissima is suitable for everyone, including children.

> HOW LONG DOES THE EXHIBIT LAST?

The exhibit will last about 60 mins.

> CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE EXHIBIT?

Yeah, you can make photos and/or videos and share them through your social media. Make sure not to bother the other visitors, though.
Professional equipment or tripods are not allowed unless you’ve got express authorization from the personnel.
